Artwork Submission Guide

Prepare print-ready artwork using the specifications below. We check every submitted file before printing and will contact you if we find a production issue.

Accepted file formats

PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, and ZIP files are accepted. The maximum file size is 50 MB per item. A press-ready PDF is recommended because it is less likely to change during transfer.

Size and bleed

For a standard 91 × 55 mm business card, create artwork at 97 × 61 mm, including 3 mm bleed on every side. Keep important text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim line.

Images and fonts

Use images at 350 dpi at final size. Convert text to outlines in Illustrator, or embed fonts when exporting a PDF. Use CMYK where possible; RGB colors may shift during conversion for print.

Submitting your artwork

After payment, upload one file for each cart item from the confirmation page. Registered customers can also upload or replace files from My Account. Production starts after payment and all required artwork has been received and checked.
