The minimum order is 100 cards (one box) for every product, including business cards, shop cards, and medical cards.

Orders may ship the same business day when your order, complete artwork, and payment are all received by 14:00. Finishing options such as rounded corners or foil stamping add one or two business days.

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, and ZIP files up to 50 MB each. A print-ready PDF is recommended.

For a 91 × 55 mm card, prepare a 97 × 61 mm file with 3 mm bleed on every side. Use images at 350 dpi and outline or embed all fonts.

Upload artwork from the payment confirmation page. Registered customers can also upload or replace files from My Account. Your order remains saved until the files are ready.

We check production-related issues such as size, bleed, image resolution, and text near the trim line. Proofreading for spelling and content is not included.

We accept major credit cards through Stripe. Payment data is encrypted and we do not store your card number.

Registered customers can download a statement and receipt after payment, and a qualified invoice and delivery note after shipping.

Shipping within Japan is ¥385 (tax incl.). Shipping is free for orders of ¥5,000 or more.

No. We currently ship only to addresses in Japan. A Japanese shipping address and telephone number are required at checkout.

You may cancel before both artwork submission and payment are complete. Once production begins, customer-requested cancellation and refunds are not available.
